Brian Robinson isn’t just a Business and Leadership Coach. He’s a fellow traveler on the path of building a meaningful business, leading well, and creating a lasting legacy.

Born and raised in Lynchburg, Virginia, Brian’s journey hasn’t been linear. After leaving college under the weight of student loan debt, he joined the United States Air Force, serving in Special Warfare as a Tactical Air Control Party (TACP/JTAC) member. That season shaped his leadership under pressure, discipline, and resilience, lessons that still guide how he coaches today.

After his military service, Brian returned to education, driven by a commitment to growth and excellence. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, an MBA, and a Master’s degree in Christian Leadership, along with multiple coaching and fitness certifications.

Over the last 18 years, Brian has started and operated multiple businesses, learning through both success and failure. Those experiences now allow him to bring calm to chaos, clarity to complexity, and structure to leaders who feel overwhelmed.

Today, Brian leads Brian Robinson Coaching with one goal in mind: helping leaders grow without losing themselves in the process.
